About Your Hosts   Michael and Pani McKenzie started building their dream home in Eloy, Arizona in 2006. The property is surrounded by cotton and alfalfa fields with incredible mountain views. From concept design to final construction Michael and Pani have anticipated all of your needs.   The farmland surrounding this Oasis is Certified Organic and currently is producing Alfalfa and Bermuda hay with the plan of producing Organic Beef, Pork, and Lamb for custom orders. Although Mike and Pani have different backgrounds (Michael has Scot Irish and Cherokee Indian roots while Pani has Greek roots) they both inherited rich traditions of hospitality from their families.   Mike, is an Electronics Technician and Pani is an elementary school teacher. Both enjoy entertaining, meeting people, and relaxing in the country. Opening a Bed and Breakfast is a dream that encompasses all of their favorite things.
