• Nick's Mediterranean Quiche with feta cheese, spinach, green onions and tomatoes with
  choice of bacon or sausage.


• Judy's Breakfast Casserole with sausage, eggs and 3 cheeses served with fresh fruit.


• Jeanette's Yogurt Pancakes with fresh fruit and maple syrup and choice of bacon or sausage.
